How to upgrade to Opera 23 (with current settings)

My current: Version 12.17, Build 1863, Platform Win32, System Windows 7.
When I use "Check for upgrade", Opera tells me it's the latest version. When I downloaded directly from the Opera site and it installed without my current settings. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks.

Use opera:bookmark-importer to try to get something from the old installation. Opera Presto and Opera Blink are different products, you can't upgrade from Presto to Blink.
