Audio of Unknown Origin Playing Constantly in Opera 18.0

I have audio of unknown origin playing constantly in Opera. This background audio, which seems to consist of entertainment news and commercials, plays only in Opera, and not in other browsers. I have tried a few fixes, including looking at extensions (I have none) and running antiviral software (nothing was detected). Does anyone know how I might go about eliminating this background audio?

Why the hell are you using Opera 18? Update to 23 please and have a look if the issue persists.
