You have set Windows to scale.
Opera now obeys this setting.

Right-click the Desktop -> Screen resolution -> "Make text and other items larger or smaller"
or
Control Panel -> Display

You changed the scaling there and signed out and in again as advised by Windows, too, didn't you?

I've done all that what i'm trying to do is get my browser back to this setup https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/http-headers/?display=en

in the screenshot you see the tab under opera

Anyone know how to get it back to what it looks like in that screen shot.

In order to make tabs look like that, Opera can not be maximised. Simply click the Maximise button on the top right corner, Opera will stop being maximised. Then, if you want Opera to look maximised, adjust the Opera window size by dragging the window using your mouse so that it occupies the whole screen.

my opera was on maximised and the tabs looked like the screenshot a month back how do i get it back to that way exactly.
