Panels in current Opera?

Hello,
I recently installed the current version of Opera and noticed that the panels and the customizable search (e.g. 'G' for Google search, 'L' for dict.leo.org) seem to be gone. Did I just not find it or are this features eleminated? If so, which is the latest version to support those features?

They are not eliminated, but simply not implemented (yet).
Opera started building its browser from scratch with a new engine (versions 15+).Latest legacy version is 12.17.
