Synchronization is not working (25.0.1592.0)

After update to the version 25, I cannot sync my settings. I am logged in but speed dial is not synchronizing. I am not using experimental server, but I tried it too (opera://flags/#sync-uses-test-servers).

Opera Link's sync is experimental at this time (since Opera 15 many problems!).
