I use the browser on android opera mini browser for Android and Mobile Classic . but Mini browser for Android does not support CSS3 and GIF images with no normal way , I love this browser due to size, very small . but I can not access my website on a local server .

For the opera mini is certainly widely used by smartphone users because it is very sparingly APK Memory Size 926 KB and Total 2.25 MB , but a shortage of Opera Mini for web design is not the support CSS3 and Image Gif Also not work , other than that if the local server is very slow to access , often occurring server Time Out .
Opera Mini Mobile Classic
For mobile classic Opera is probably rarely used for smartphones with low memory , because their large size and will also take memory space ,APK 9.32MB and Total Size 25.49 MB . But the advantages of this opera mini classic is already support CSS3 and Gif image normal , is responsive display my website in this opera classic is also very good and very fast internet access is completely different from opera mini browser for android that is small .

The main advantage with opera12 is that connection relay on dual mode gsm/umts since all other Opera products detect only umts/hsdpa band as data transmission band not as signal strenght. As a result Opera Classic is more responsive than latest beta or Opera Mini versions when connection fallback on 3g band from 3g+.

i get server timeout often on OM but 2 things, one, the size of app isnt that huge and two, bookmark feature is best in its class
