OKX Wallet extension does not open when clicking its toolbar icon

I’m using Opera on Windows with the OKX Wallet extension version 4.22.2 enabled.
Clicking the extension’s toolbar icon does nothing. However, when a website invokes the wallet, its window can still open temporarily. I cannot open it directly by clicking the extension icon.
A newly downloaded extension can open normally.
Expected behavior: clicking the OKX Wallet icon opens the wallet popup.
Actual behavior: no popup appears when I click the icon, although a website can still invoke it.Has anyone encountered this? What should I check to restore the toolbar popup without clearing the existing wallet extension’s data?
