Opera 3.62 for Windows 3.1 use in non-profit project?

Hello and good day,
I am a Buddhist monk, and I am building a small free project with no ads for a Buddhist project. It is a meditation timer, as well as a set of books and notes to be read offline in a browser.
The same project is being made for many systems. There is a modern and old editions for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Linux. The retro editions for old MS machines includes; DOS, Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows XP. Each edition carries its own files, so it will run without the internet, meant for offline only.
One edition is for Windows 3.1. For that edition I need a 16-bit browser that one can open the local HTML pages.
The best 16 bit browsers ever developed is Opera 3.62.
Opera's own history page, 3.62 is dated 2000-03-10; https://help.opera.com/en/operas-archived-history/
It was paid software at the time before Opera changed to ads, then to a different model.
There is no documentation about this.
The project is free for ever, retains copyright, no ads.
Two questions:
A.) May I include the unmodified 16-bit Opera 3.62 program in a free Windows 3.1 package? As it was a paid software, is Opera willing to give permission for my project?
B.) Does Opera still have that installer in its archives? If not, and I can find one, is allowed to include in the project for this version?
I am not claiming an rights or involvement by Opera, merely to include the installer as apart of the retro project part for Windows 3.1
This will likely not be used by many. But the project is trying to show that all technology of the past or present can be used in a valid way - so anyone could use an old machine or device to use the meditation timer or read the included texts and notes.
I am happy to give the information of the group, and the project of course.
With kindess,
KM108I included some of the older windows prototypes.

You can get Opera 3.62 from https://www.kyleabaker.com/goodies/opera/download-old-opera-versions/#opera-downloads-win and https://www.oldversion.com/software/opera/opera-3-62/ for example.
I wouldn't think Opera would care in your situation. However, that's just a guess. I don't know for sure.

@burnout426 Thankyou very much. I will see if I can contact them to check. I understand its very likely no one cares - but good to check. Obviously its not for modern browsing or anything - but just for the mentioned offline project/ retro part.
Thanks for the links I will check them out. Peace
