No browser can access the internet

Hi.
I have been using Opera on an iPad for a while, but last night I decided to install it on my Win10 desktop computer. I need it for the VPN, so I installed the Pro version. This morning, none of the browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave or Opera) can access any of the usual websites (YouTube, Amazon, Gmail, etc.)
I have tried switching off the VPN, checked the firewall and the antivirus, but nothing I do has made any difference so far.
My phone and iPad use the same WiFi, and they are fine.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Since none of the browsers are working on your PC but your phone and iPad connect fine, it sounds like the issue might be with Windows network settings rather than Opera itself. I'd try opening Command Prompt as administrator and running ipconfig /flushdns, followed by netsh winsock reset, then restart the computer and see if that helps. Also, check whether the Opera VPN installation changed your proxy settings, as that could affect all browsers.
