The opera doesn't provides rewards on time as it states that the exchange button will be available every week but the redeem button never shows at all and when it shows the button it says 6 days to go and it disappears before redeem date. They are cheating users with unprofessional ways. If they cannot do something they should not commit towards doing it. The points are waste doesn't worth anything just like this browser. And the support staff is busy in resolving their own issues which doesn't gives them time to resolve the users issue.
