[Suggestion]Pinning split tabs in vertical view

Please make split tabs pinnable! It would be a particularly useful feature because the tabs we use in split screen are often the ones we would pin. Use case: work email and work chat side by side. These two tabs are always open, and they are always in split screen, but they eventually get lost among the many other open tabs. Especially in vertical tabs since the "New tab" button was placed on top and the order of tab opening was reversed. Now the split screen gets bumped lower and lower with every newly opened tab.
