Seems to work fine. But I have one question is: Is there a reason to use this extension over the Return Youtube Dislike one?

This one is different by being smaller, but it also can't be configured (yet?). The other "difference" is that it is available from opera addons, while RYD isn't, but RYD still works when installed from the chrome web store...

It works but it's wrong lmao. Showing on a MoistKritical video with 31K Likes and 448K Dislikes. I don't think that's right cause no one online is whining online.
