My hp laptop recently started to get very hot very easily, even if I only had one or two tabs opened from opera and no other app, and the tabs being youtube and or text archive website. So when i checked task manager, opera had about 25 subtasks, when usually, as I have noticed before it is about 4-7. So this has been happening a lot, is that becz of new upd? How to fix it?

You can hit shift + esc in Opera to open its task manager to narrow down the the process that's causing issues. Each process has a description of what it's for.
Also, goto the URL
opera://settings/systemand make sure graphics acceleration is enabled. Then, goto the URLopera://gpuand make sure most things (especially compositing and video decoding) are hardware-accelerated.If you're using an adblocker on Youtube, that can cause high CPU usage.
