Update for developers:I wanted to clarify that I originally managed to enter my Roblox username using my dad's laptop. However, I currently do not have access to a computer and am trying to track and claim my daily login rewards from my mobile phone. Please manually fix the enrollment link for my username. Thank you!

Hello, I accidentally claimed all of the Forsaken GX Rewards on the wrong Roblox account. I would like to move the rewards to my other Roblox account. Could you please help me change the linked Roblox username or transfer the rewards?
Old Roblox username: ShadowGod_400
New Roblox username: JackXD_400
I have already claimed all of the rewards. -

I have it backwards my game shows im enrolled but my browser says i need to verify account but it cant be verified since the button doesnt show up while the pass or whatever you want to call it is already started

I’m seeing the same pattern here, especially with the rewards showing as claimed in Opera GX but not appearing in Forsaken. It really does seem like the Roblox side is taking time to sync after the Azure update. Hopefully the developers can get the enrollment and reward tracking stable soon.

Hello. I am experiencing the Forsaken GX Rewards enrollment bug on my mobile phone. The button is completely missing in the game lobby, so I cannot confirm my account verification. Hello, my Roblox username is fred_05124, and I’ve run into a problem with a button in the "Forsaken" game. After entering my username into the rewards field in the Opera GX browser, the rewards button inside the game disappeared

Hello, I am writing because the Opera GX x Forsaken collaboration event suddenly showed "Event Over / Ended" on Day 7, so I couldn't claim my final reward.
I have faithfully checked in for 6 days, and today was my last 7th day. Due to the time zone difference and system timeout, the event closed just before I could click it.
I really want to receive the Day 7 reward (Digital Rider 1x1x1x1). Could you please check my participation log and manually deliver the reward to my account?

Hi Support Team,
I did the daily rewards on my opera gx browser and i knew you had to press the button in game. But i did not know that at the end of the event they wouldn't just check for tokens still pending and claim them automatically when you join. So my tokens are stuck now since the collab closed today. Could you please check my logs and manually give me the missing skins to my inventory? My roblox username is gku_976 and my UserID is 6194875433 -
