Hey - I had the normal onboarding error issue after claiming the first few days of rewards. Now that is fixed, I tried to claim new rewards in the browser and it seems to have forgotten my username. I enter it but the verification never shows in Roblox, I guess it thinks I'm already verified? Is it possible to have the link reset so I can start again or fixed so I can claim the rest of the rewards? My daughter is worried she's going to miss them and getting upset

I am unable to claim my day 2 and 3 inside of forsaken even though I have both rewards claimed in the rewards thing

When can we get the skins on Xbox (right now I'm using my farther's phone) because I really want those skins, but can't get them hope I can get them soon.

My account is @REDroostah1234, same thing happened to me when Azure dropped. I got web surfer Vee for the first day, but it disconnected me once the update dropped, leaving all the rest of the rewards unobtainable (Yes, I have made it to Digital Rider 1x). If that could be fixed so I can get my rewards, I would be very grateful, Thanks!

Hello!I am experiencing a synchronization bug with the GX Rewards (Roblox Forsaken collab) after the recent "Azure update."I successfully registered my username on the website, but when I try to check my progress or claim rewards in-game, it gives me the onboarding/login error .Could you please manually fix or verify my account from your backend?My Roblox Username: Danaz_339

Update for developers:I wanted to clarify that I originally managed to enter my Roblox username using my dad's laptop. However, I currently do not have access to a computer and am trying to track and claim my daily login rewards from my mobile phone. Please manually fix the enrollment link for my username. Thank you!

Hello, I accidentally claimed all of the Forsaken GX Rewards on the wrong Roblox account. I would like to move the rewards to my other Roblox account. Could you please help me change the linked Roblox username or transfer the rewards?
Old Roblox username: ShadowGod_400
New Roblox username: JackXD_400
I have already claimed all of the rewards. -

I have it backwards my game shows im enrolled but my browser says i need to verify account but it cant be verified since the button doesnt show up while the pass or whatever you want to call it is already started
