Hello, I recently got a bad review due to user confusion. The guy gave a 1 star review because he wasn't able to download my speed dial extension to his smart tv.

Is there a way to contact an user after getting a review? If not, why hasn't this been implemented yet?Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. This is a known issue that got a bit aggravated when My Opera was shut down and we lost the profile page and messaging. We've been looking at ways to channel more communication of this type to reports. We don't necessarily want to expose people's e-mail addresses to everyone.
