Hello, I recently got a bad review due to user confusion. The guy gave a 1 star review because he wasn't able to download my speed dial extension to his smart tv.

I would like to point out to him that it's not my fault that this isn't working, given that it's not the intended use.
Is there a way to contact an user after getting a review? If not, why hasn't this been implemented yet?
