Subject: Lost 1x1x1x1 skin due to Forsaken collab reset bug
Hi support team,
I am writing because my progress in the Forsaken collaboration was completely reset due to a bug, and I lost the opportunity to claim the 1x1x1x1 skin, even though I completed the requirements.
Here are my account details:
Roblox Username: @benicioGB2
Plataform: PC / Opera GX Browser

Could you please check my verification status or grant the skin manually to my account?

i did everthing which i had to do open opera goto rewards thing and do join foresaken and it says i woud like to please get boarded My username is gobiegober

Same issue here.

Issue: I claimed all rewards up to Day 7 on the Opera GX sidebar menu, but the game shows a "You are not onboarded currently!" error message when clicking "Check Enrollment". I already did a hard reset (cleared cookies and relogged) but the sync error persists.

Hello, I have also been trying to enrol for the rewards for the first time ever since the Azure update released but I keep receiving the "You have not enrolled!" error.

Hey can someone get me in as well? I just downloaded the app today which means that i haven't claimed any rewards for the forsaken x Opera GX collab, but I would really appreciate if the developers could also get me in^^ user : Tailsplayz41

heyo yea same thing happend to me but i tried to fix it by re-installing opera gx and now i cant re-link my account but i completed the reward list

Hello,

I am experiencing the Forsaken GX Rewards enrollment bug.

I am using Opera GX.
I am logged into my Opera account.
My Roblox username is TEERINS45.
Day 7 is unlocked.
When I click Claim Reward, nothing happens.
In Forsaken, pressing Check Enrollment always says "You are not onboarded currently."

I have already restarted Opera GX, restarted Roblox, and logged in again, but the issue remains.

Could you please check my enrollment status or reset/re-link my account?

Yeah. this is happening to me too i am trying to fix but it wont work my username is ihatethenumber65 i really want thowse skins i just started playing forsaken.

Yeah. Its probably gonna take a while to fix it if opera can do something ill be happy ( my user is ihatethenumber65 ) The skins are so goated everybody need a skin . Hope it fixes and opera helps every body :3

I have the same problem too; I was only able to claim the Veronica GX reward, but not the rest, and I wouldn't want to miss out on those collab skins.

But look, I actually managed to claim the Veronica skin.

You can also see in the images that I have VIP status. I recently found out there's a "Chance" skin you're supposed to get for buying something with Robux from the shop, but I didn't receive anything. (Just to clarify, I had VIP before the Azure update, but I won't be spending Robux again; also, VIP used to cost 899 Robux and is now 319, so I don't know if a refund is possible.)

@Tropicalce Update i got mine to work i just waited lol and i reset me a bit and i was able to try again and it worked
