Not a Valid win32 Application Error

I deleted my copy of Opera by mistake with IO bit uninstaller.
When I try to reinstall any version of Opera for windows (online and offline versions) the installer comes back with the above error.
I have followed many of the online help screens using Command Prompt, but my disk scans as OK.
Does anyone have any other ideas, as I can install and run other browsers (Brave and Firefox for example) without any errors.
I am running Windows 11 (version 24H2 OS Build 26100.8894) on a desktop i7 computer.)
Thanking you in advance

Thank you for your reply
The only extra anti-virus software installed on the computer is the inbuilt "anti-virus" software in IO bit advanced system care, and that is turned off.
I rely on windows defender.
After double checking these, I tried again to re-install Opera for computers, with windows option, and got the same result.
I looked to where the install file was placed (users/appdata/temp) and run the .exe file from there, this time it installed, and is now back working again.
Thank you again for your reply

@jim73 Glad you at least got things installed. You shouldn’t have to do it that way of course.
As for IOBit, even though the antivirus part is disabled, you might have to temporarily uninstall IOBit to completely rule it out as the culprit.
