How do I disable the location suggestions?

This keeps showing up despite the fact I'm not looking for locations at all. I don't want the weather for anything, I'm fine not knowing it. So how do I disable this when I've disabled everything I can think of? image url)

Make sure "Address bar dropdown cities" is disabled at the URL opera://flags/#address-bar-dropdown-cities.
