Loss of my Opera AI chats after reinstalling the app

I’m having a serious issue with Opera AI in the mobile app and hope to find some help here. I recently encountered a glitch in the app: an AI chat wouldn't stop generating text automatically, even when I tried to halt it (e.g., by pressing the stop button).
I tried everything to fix the problem:
Exiting and re-entering the chat
Restarting the app
Restarting my phone
Force-stopping the app
Clearing the cache
Unfortunately, I was eventually left with no choice but to completely uninstall and reinstall the app. The major problem now is that, after reinstalling, all my AI chats have disappeared—even though I logged in with the same Google account and had synchronization enabled before uninstalling. I can see the chat history on the Opera website, but the chats aren't showing up in the app itself. I’ve already tried toggling synchronization off and on, logging out and back in, and updating the app to the latest version—but unfortunately, nothing has worked. These chats are very important to me; among other things, I used them to draft emails to a company running a subscription scam and to have personal conversations about a toxic relationship. I would greatly appreciate any help or advice on how to make my chats visible in the app again, or if there’s a way to retrieve them from the web history. Thanks in advance for your support!
