Can't move Opera window

I've stopped using Opera. The developers somehow built the only browser in the world with a single-threaded architecture.
Simple example:
Open Opera.
It will try to reload all tabs from your last session — that's great!
Now try to move the Opera window and enjoy the Windows 3.1 era.
When there's a network operation, the entire window freezes. Even with vanilla JavaScript, it's hard to achieve that, so kudos!My system:
