Certain website page not loading in Opera – works on main site but not subpage

Hi everyone,
I’m facing a strange loading issue on a specific webpage and wanted to check if it’s browser-related or a server issue.

This page doesn’t load for me in Opera (and a couple of other browsers too):

The main website opens fine, but this particular URL either shows an error or doesn’t render the content properly. I’ve already tried:

Clearing cache and cookies

Private/Incognito mode

Disabling extensions

Checking on a different network

Still getting the same result.

The site seems to be related to Chilean public records and RUT-related informational content, so I was originally just trying to read the article, not interact with any tool. That’s why I’m a bit confused why only this page is inaccessible while others work normally.

Could this be due to:

Server-side permissions (403 / security rules)?

Country or IP-based blocking?

Something Opera might be handling differently compared to other browsers?

If anyone here has experience debugging page-level loading issues like this using Opera’s developer tools, I’d appreciate your insight.
