Whenever I click into my address bar, the top of the text is cut off. Even the Google logo on the left is cut off and there seems to be a gap between the address bar and the suggestions.

That looks like a UI scaling or rendering issue rather than a problem with the address bar itself. A few things you can try:

Check your browser zoom level and reset it to 100%.

Verify your system display scaling (DPI) settings, especially if you’re using custom scaling or a high-resolution display.

Disable hardware acceleration in the browser settings and restart to see if it resolves the clipping.

Try launching the browser in safe/troubleshoot mode or temporarily disabling extensions to rule out conflicts.

If the issue persists, updating the browser or your graphics drivers often fixes visual glitches like this.

If none of these help, sharing your OS version, browser version, and display settings will make it easier to pinpoint the cause.
