Allow Opera window to be smaller

Whenever I want to put Opera in split screen with another app, I usually can't because the minimum window sizes are too small. So if I make it small, can the UI bloat just go away, and can the browser be more tolerant with limits on how small it could be? I want to use split screen with Opera but it's just too fat for that.

Opera purposely changed things a while ago so that you can't shrink the width as much as before. Some of us complained, but Opera never reverted the change.
