Blank page, no website is working

This has been happening for around a month or longer. At times nothing is loading, just a blank page and the desired website is never accessed. I have already reinstalled Opera. Constant, nearly daily updates (I hate to see this Opera logo on start already!) change nothing. When is the problem going to be solved? I have always appreciated Opera, especially for the multiplatform functionality, but that seems to be coming to an end if nothing changes soon
