[Duplicated][Suggestion] Allow naming tabs islands

We really need the ability to name tab islands, there going so hard into split page tabs but one really needed organisation feature is naming tab islands, i cant remeber based of just colours (Also ley me chose the colour) I love opera but this is one of those things that crome has down and Opera needs

To see what it might look like in Opera One if it had it, check in Opera GX. You can name tab islands there. It's pretty nice.
