this is simply amazing !!!! specially the faster loading times (very effective for my country's already broken speed) and also skipping stupid pointless timers like 5 seconds in nexus mods for every dl... i installed it on every system i could find me and my friends even android phones by the help of kiwi browser which it would be nice if ghostery automatically recognized mobile devices and the UI was more compatible since people use phones 90 precent of the time and its nice having a good speed and anonymous browsing but still well done and thank you for such a great free software! i rarely comment but you guys deserve some love! peace...

YouTube is starting to detect Ghostery, but it's inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, and sometimes YouTube detects and warns you to turn it off, so I don't think they've nailed you down yet.

Ghostery would not even install, I did not even uninstall it, just disappeared one day and ads all over the place. I get this error
An error occurred when installing the extension: Package is invalid. Details: 'Invalid value for key 'declarative_net_request.rule_resources': The number of rulesets must be less than or equal to 10.'.
Whatever that means!

@fckopera: It might be Opera itself blocking Ghostery somehow, I disabled their ad blocker some time ago. Consider that when I tried to post this reply I got this message

Yet the other day I got a message saying as I had not logged in for 730 days my account would be deleted for inactivity. I have commented in last 730 days but clearly they seem to be seeking to mute or delete or cancel me. Maybe I have no reputation, I can live with that.
