Terrible Opera Sync - Lost all my data

I have been a user of Opera GX ever since it launched around 2020 (And opera user even before that). It has it's pros and cons but it's sync feature is very bad. Like maybe if they focus their budget on improving their platform instead of trolling it's users by adding features like a Panic button or really crappy ai integration they can actually have a good browser.
A month ago, I reinstalled my windows and when I logged into my opera account everything got synced instead of my passwords. To synchronize my passwords it was asking me to enter a old password I used for my account. I've only ever used two passwords for my accounts and I typed the correct password it would say the password were synced but once I would refresh the page it would once again disable the toggle in the custom sync tab. I was unable to sync my password. After some tries, I think it worked but It deleted all my passwords. Imagine losing like 7+ years worth of data. Well, I was upset but it was no big deal, I have all the passwords saved on Google Password Manager which is actually a reliable service.
Now today, I reinstalled windows again, I was logged into my account and everything. Now, I logged into my account again and this time I lost everything. The bookmarks and everything. The https://www.sync.opera.com shows 0 on everything and now I don't see a way to recover my bookmarks which were very important to me.
The cherry on the top, multiple users posted this issue on this forum page and the inexperienced moderator was the most unhelpful person I have ever seen. He has no knowledge what to so ever and could not even understand the user issues let alone try to fix it.
I loved using opera, because I think it was the first browser that when you shut down, and restart it, it would have all the tabs still open at that time. It had good background musics, good style effects and everything. And honestly, because I never used chrome so all my data was saved on here so I couldn't switch. Big tech creators, will always label opera as a "Shady web browser from a shady company". Well I don't know about shady but it's def unreliable. It deserves the hate.

@RehanRamay same thing.
Synchronization is not just disgusting, it doesn't work at all, and the developers don't fix anything. She acted correctly for a very short time, about 2 years, in my opinion, in 2017-2019. That's all. Then it went bad.
It is completely unclear how the data should be synchronized now and where the cherished "synchronize data on a new device" button is.
I've been using Opera since about 2005. I have always considered Opera to be the best browser in the world, as it is intuitive and has a lot of convenient features. In addition, for some reason it seemed to me that Opera was included in the Adobe application package. And today I was surprised to find that the browser is not the most popular and has nothing to do with Adobe.

@RehanRamay
that is really weird. I have uninstalled and re-installed Opera over the years, and it never happened, in fact for that same reason I have 15 devices in my Sinc. data, some that are old I'm not using any more because they are mostly broken ones. (PC's, Mobiles, Tablets).
For your bookmarks to be deleted...- Did you have "two-factor authentication" to access back to your OA?
[ TOTP (Time-based One-time Password) ]
The only thing I can think of. As data in the servers is encrypted, you can lose access to it, if you lose your old password or access to the 2-steep verification mobile/alt. email. etc
Where did you link any social media prior to your account? (Facebook, Google, etc ) !?
