Sync error?

I'm trying to log all my devices into my Opera account that I created on my laptop.
But unfortunately, I can't log my Android device into it, neither by doing it manually nor bei scanning the code on opera.com/connect. The latter is rejected by my other device as it says, the former doesn't let me pass through the captchas, stating "an error has occured".
Neither can I log into Flow on my iPhone - is there something like a server issue on Opera's side? -

@TheCelticCross I've managed to log in with my Android device finally. So I think, that it's a Flow issue.

It most likely is a flow error as I've been having trouble with it today, even before I restarted for the update and my phone says it's connected to my laptop browser flow, but computer just sits on the QR code after the emergency rest was taken.

The question remains: Is this issue related to this very last update or is it happening independent from it?

@TheCelticCross: This seems to be true for several people with all desktop versions at the moment... Unfortunately.
