Anyone else experiencing startup failure?

For about two weeks or so, I could not open my opera gx on PC. Each time I try to open it, it should that little splash screen exactly four times then nothing happens afterwards, like some sort of startup failure. I tried to reinstalling it several times, and installing another copy under a different directory. None of which worked. And even on my other laptop which also has gx, it's got the same issue, too. Any solution out there?

@UltimateStratos Hey, had the exact same fail cycle a week ago, tried gutting out the installation files but purposly keeping the registry files so it kept my data - No dice.
Eventually i just compleltly sterilized it, registry files too (using Geek Unintaller) Suddenly it's revived zer0 start up fake outs, but as you'd guess with amnesia. That's the trade off, but a decent bandaid is, IF you enabled "Opera Sync" before the crash. It saved up to your settings, bookmarks, history, passwords etc. That was enough to get me back to speed.
If there's a better solution hope it reaches you ⋄
