Opera keeps reversing saved tab order

When I open up my Opera browser, the order of my tabs keeps being reversed (except for my pinned tabs which stay in the same place). Tabs that were on the left are now on the right and vice versa.

This has been happening for the last few versions. I am now on v22.0.1471.70 in Windows 8.1 64-bit.

Any idea what's up with this?
