I would like to see Opera GX on Linux, but I don't think that's a big job for the Opera team because the "original Opera" already has it.

I'm still waiting for Opera GX on my Fedora....
Love the built-in background music from this browser, but only on Windows (a boring OS)....I'm still here after 1 year...lol

@William48822 i tried using the heroic games launcher to get it getting the app works fine but when you open it it shows this error saying
Opera failed to install
The installlation cannot be performed in the selected location.
but if anyone can find a other way to get it working that will help -

Look, there's already a native Linux version of "Normal Opera" and I would love to use OperaGX but I don't want to have to run it through WINE. Wine is exceptionally capable these days, yes, but a native version would be easier to install and run faster.

hey, Alter here
I recently switched to Linux, using Linux mint (mainly because people said it feels like windows), I am heavily dissapointed that Opera GX is not available on Linux, I really do love how GX feels which is why I want to use it, on Linux too
but unable to since it's not available, so I guess for now next best thing is using Brave since it has a function of remembering previous tabs if they were openI do hope that soon, with the rise of Linux users, GX could be available on Linux too
