The ability to name Islands, and to have those names display when hovering over the TI color bar for better/quicker identification of the TI.

Adding the ability to name Islands and display those names when hovering over the TI color bar would improve identification and navigation. This feature would make it easier to associate specific islands with their corresponding TIs quickly.
