Opera GX control symbol vanished.

I double clicked the Opera GX control symbol and it vanished. I've looked through the sidebar settings and the side bar manager and Its simply gone now. I accidentally set the ram limiter really low and I can't have more than two tabs open. Can anyone help?

This is all that shows up in the sidebar manager.
