No Backround sounds or keyboard sounds?

I have been looking for a good 10-15 minutes now and I cant fix my opera GX sounds. I tried youtube, reopening opera, turning off and on my mods, and changing my settings but nothing worked.

@AlexNistad I also found out that the sounds work in a private tab but not in any others
