Hello, recently, I began to suffer some somewhat abnormal operating system crashes, since the screen freezes for no apparent reason, but the mouse continues to work correctly, that is, the mouse moves on the screen, but I cannot interact With nothing, the only solution is to force the computer to shut down with the button on the PC. I have ruled out errors such as malicious software or corrupt system files, lack of RAM or computer hardware failures, since these problems have been caused on two completely different computers, even with 2 different systems (Windows 10 and Windows 11). The only thing in common that these computers have is that in both of them, this error was caused after installing Opera GX and Valorant, in one of them I uninstalled Opera GX and I still have those errors, but in the previous one I only had Valorant installed and for 4 years I didn't have these problems. Any solution?
