Opening the sidebar I get this error message "Your Request Couldn't be Processed
There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can."
Than if I click on any of the icons on top of the bar facebook opens

I reset the browser to factory settings, and now on the website, I get a message saying "already installed." I don't have the option to uninstall it because I physically no longer have that extension xD How can I fix this?

ayuda, no pedo ingresar a la extensión de facebook en la barra lateral y me sale el siguiente mensaje:
