Request additional options that do not close the workspace

The current problem is that there are more than two workspaces and there is one tab remaining, and if you close this tab, the current workspace will be closed and you will be moved to another workspace.

This requires unnecessary work, so to prevent this, you need an option to keep the current workspace even when you close the last tab.

@iyo-oyi why even do you want to close it? just type the address in the address bar on the last tab instead of closing it and opening new empty tab....
