Icon and custom fonts are not displayed/shown

Browser I use : Opera GX

I can't see what button those are unless I hover my cursor to read the name.

Even in Google Fonts looks like this (on Opera GX)

It should be like this (on Chrome)

This happens on almost every website I visit.
I already love Opera GX, but if this continue I might using to other browser as default

I hope there is a solution to this problem..
Looking forward to anyone's help!
