[Suggestion] Foreground priority for popout player

Foreground suggestion explained:
Some applications still overtake the pop out player so I would like a setting that I can toggle to force the pop out to always be in the front of all applications like task manager can or something of that degree. It'll be great to have control over how the video player works like this. Be able to do what you want to do without having to wrestle with the popout player on the same screen. Also if you stream it would be great to see what the viewers see if a game or something overtakes the video player.
