Links Widget problem

I was looking how to use it but similar questions was not answered, same for Reddit (1 reply but dosent work).
From what i see you should open Easy-Setup, press +, choose emoji and then add link. But when i am clicking + nothing happening. I dont use any mods, and some basic opera theme and only plugins are ad blocker, and youtube dislikes.
Can anyone help me to use understand how to use this widget?Again: + button dont work, cant interact with text box, no mods or fancy plugins
