tabs randomly closing to speed dial.

This has been a continuous issue for me, every once in awhile (or every 15 minutes honestly) a tab im using closes out on its own and returns to speed dial, which is incredibly annoying. it even happens when im not even touching the keyboard! I notice it happens when i type M or D (lower or uppercase) more often, even without touching my keyboard though it happens too, I actually had to copy and paste this text because it kept closing out of this tab and sending me to speed dial.
