Works perfectly in other sites (i did not test youtubr but this was the only one that worked in other sites)

isn't working on YT the ad block got detected as of 12/10/23. could not longer play videos had to disable to extension

@shiningstardiane That's fine. What YT is doing is amusingly dubiously legal in the EU.

@Marigold787 Try updating now, if it doesn't work, do it again tomorrow, had to wait a day for it to work once before.

A reminder to anyone using Opera GX: If your AB gets blocked, you can use the Player in the sidebar.

It didn't get detected but it couldn't block the ads from YouTube anymore, filter updating didn't work this time, any solutions?

@2byorha Uncertain, it seems to be working on my side, but this is a couple hours after you, so try again, if it works, great.
If it doesn't, try another browser to see if AG is working there. uBO is another popular alternative, though it doesn't seem to get updated as often as AG. Unsure if that's because it rarely needs to be though, as I update both of them at the same time.

It bypasses yotubue in 2023-2024 easily and it is super undetecded 5 stars its super good

Adguard is once again not working on YT as of Jan 11th (updated the filter list, & it's still being seen by YT) any ideas on how to fix this?

@marigold787 You've probably updated it by now but, if you haven't, do so now, it seems to be working on my side.
If it's ever detected, just wait it out and use GX Player.

@fklve have updated the filters again. still not working YT is still seeing i have ad-block on, guess i just have to wait it out for the extension to be updated

@marigold787 Weird, seems to be working fine on my end.
If you're running more than just AG, I recommend disabling them as they're likely the issue at the moment.

I used to be able to see a list of playlists from YouTube's My Page, but for some reason it's been erased.
I can see it when I turn it off, so I think it's a blocking issue.

Opera is too slow to release new updates to the Adguard extension in its add-ons repository. While the latest AG extension is v4.3.13, Opera Addons still offers the old version 4.2.241.

Opera staff, please speed up and keep up with the latest versions like the Chrome repository does.
