Mod Wallpaper Does Not Work

Hello, I had an issue with a mod I installed into my Opera GX browser. I got it from the mods store, and the preview shows it worked, but the moment I check my home screen it simply shows the default browser wallpaper. I tried two wallpapers (From the mod store) that did not work, but when I tried the mod "Cozy" it did work. Can someone help?
