Full transfer of Settings across devices.

I want to transfer my data from my opera setup on my desktop to 2 separate laptops and i can only find info on how to sync bookmarks, sidebar, and history but nothing on my wallpaper mods, my specific sound effect settings, background music, etc. is this possible to do or am i up the creek without a paddle. I spent like 5 hours fully customizing all the features to my liking so if i have to do that again 2 more times i am gonna be pissed. I'm sure if this isn't currently possible the devs will see my comment and see the light and get that fixed asap. otherwise if i can do this please tell me how
