installing a wallpaper won't install

when i download a wallpaper from the addons store and i downloaded a wallpaper and then i decide to refresh and it didn't work

When Opera GX won't display the new wallpaper (that you install or one added by a mod), click the Easy-Setup button on the right side of the address bar, scroll down to the wallpaper preview slider, keep clicking the left arrow on the slider to you get to the first wallpaper (which will be the one you want) and click it to set it.
