Scroll Bars dont work if cursor is at far right side of screen

i cant just scroll to right of screen any more i have to make sure not to hit the edge

Same thing with me, it's driving me crazy. And it's even worse, tab islands for example can't be reached if the cursor is at the top at the screen, so you have to be micromanaging your mouse at all times dealing with the interface.

I'm using Opera Beta 106.0.4998.12 and it's fixed, not sure when it happened really but I'm happy
