Synced opened tabs don't show in other devices

Hi!
I have just set up a new device with opera gx, and am trying to import my old opened tabs from the previous device.
Both are running, i am logged in on both of them, both have access to the internet and both have open tabs.
Despite all this, neither of the devices is showing up on the "Tabs" section of the sidebar for the other device, and nothing is getting syncronised.
