Option to keep pinned tabs on startup

I find it very useful to always have the same pinned tabs, both for personal and professional purposes. I use "Retain tabs from previous session" but sometimes these pinned tabs get lost and I have to pin them again which is inconvenient.
I'd love top have a new option alongside the existing "On startup" ones:
"Open My Previously Pinned Tabs" - then maybe "Include the tabs that weren't pinned" as a sub-option. -
